The Big Day Is......
......Tomorrow!

Grandma J can hardly wait to get up and drink three pots of strong coffee get bustling first thing tomorrow morning. She's expecting guests for a week, and then the fun begins!

These two guys are chomping at the bit to hop on a plane....destination TEXAS!! So much to do, and so many people to see. They especially can't wait to spend time with grandma j A-Ron.....and it has nothing to do with the fact that he has wii, PlayStation 2 & 3, and X-Box.

They deserve a nice vacation. Every year they volunteer with the Special Olympics. They are becoming good citizens, understanding the importance of helping others.

Grandma J is a good citizen too busy getting things ready.....plenty of beach towels for the water park and pool.....

Doing lots of laundry making sure there are fresh sheets on all the beds....because Grandma J has only one bed. Of course there is a hide-a-bed, but that doesn't count unless you open it up.

Speaking of household appliances, because we weren't can we get a Cash For Cleaning stimulus? Like how about a new washer? Grandma J has a new car, and figured it never would have qualified under the terms for Cash For Clunkers...but low and behold it would have! Yes, even though it's not considered green.

So, out of curiosity, Grandma J did a little research and found out her daughter's new GMC Yukon, with it's V8 engine qualified too. So would a new V8 Suburban....and how about a Hummer3!

Check out this list of cars you can buy when you trade in your clunker under the Cash For Clunker program.

Ladies and Gentlemen....start your engines!

You know you’re on the right path (in life) when you’re giving more than you’re getting . . . And when (you) have that for even on second (you know) what a human being is for. We are built to serve. --Jacob Needleman

These boys are on the right path.

Your calendar only has six days to a week. I guess when you retire you have no need for Mondays.

I have a feeling those boys are in for a wild ride. Hold on tight, Cowboys!

Grandma J. packs more into a summer than most people pack into a decade.

OH! I love the idea of "Cash for Cleaning Stimulus Checks" I just cleaned out the fridge and judging on the amount of old food and the degree of hairiness of it, (not to mention, some of it talked back to me...), I should make millions of dollars!
Those two good looking boys will be a fun addition to the household. I observed some hysterical hijinks at my Mither's house with her grand kids and their Wii. Fun to watch them play!
Enjoy them while you can! They grow up so fast!

Your grandsons are SO cute. I can't wait to hear about all of your adventures. Kaish and Naji looked at their picture. They said they would like to play with them. Well, Kaish said play and Naji said wrestle. Hmmmmmmmmmmm : )

I will be thinking of you. so interesting about the cash for clunkers program, isn't it?

I wouldn't mind some new appliances either.

Have fun with your houseguests. We used to spend a month with my grandma in the summer and those times are some of my favorite memories.

Have fun! My mom sent my boys home early from their long weekend with her, after much drama. As they say, there are always three sides to every story: Side A, Side B, and the truth. I know those boys will go home happy and enthusiastic from your place, and will already be counting the days until their NEXT visit!

You are going to have a ball with those two!

And yeppers, I know that my Jeep and Volvo both qualify for the C for C plan....however, I've grown very attached to not having a car payment of any sort and I think we'll keep it that way for a while longer. Of course...if I can find a new Volvo that qualifies....

I prayed for you today. Hoping your day with the boys was marvelous. You are a blessing.

Your new company refers to you as 'Grandma Deluxe' and you may want to nap when they play the XBox or other gaming system.
Have fun!
Love,
Kelly
