  2. It was my first ever no church Easter. That made me sad. Then again, the staph infection on my nose made me sadder!

  5. LOL! My 6-year old son made it through Good Friday mass with no complaint or whining --even though we had to stand all throughout the mass. The place was packed and we didn't have a seat.

  6. After everything that's been going on lately, I'm happy to be able to say I made it to church with my husband. First Easter without Mama---kind of a different one---but how can Resurrection Day not be joyful, too?

I stopped "looking for eggs" years and years ago, I'm afraid. Maybe that's why my hair is so thin now?? Not yours though--you have the loveliest hair, Janet! Oops...Grandma j.!;)

  7. Oh, Grandma J., this is not a good sign. Heads in vice grips are never, ever a good sign.

Hope your day was better today and continues to improve.

  8. I'm so sorry to hear about your migraine (and Easter). As soon as I saw your head in a vise grip, my heart fell. I had the exact same problem yesterday, but didn't know my misery had company! I hope you're much better today and soon free of all pain.
