You sho...I did Atkins seriously and joined Curves. You should definitely find a Curves, you will LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I lost 80 lbs. in a year. Now, I am off the Atkins and have 40 of that 80 back. So, I started the Atkins back up again and focusing on Curves for excercise not just gossip. Curves is 30 minutes and it is so simple, 30 seconds of Cardio and 30 seconds of strength training---a little lady in the music tells you when to move stations & there are just women there.
