What a fantastically fun fourth of July day : )! I love the idea of cart races. I also love free water. What does HEB really stand for? Her Enormous Butt is good but I am sure a grocery store would not want that as a name... We don't have HEB's in Pa. I am glad you had a special day with your wonderful family!
