It's been ages since I've spent some quality time with JJ. But, the other day I was in the neighborhood and decided to pick up some KFC for lunch and head on over to hang out.
Eating lunch with a dog isn't the same as meeting up with a friend. Not that JJ actually eats, if you know what I mean.
So like, when I eat at JJ's house by myself, I sit at the counter.....and JJ likes to

He gets up on the back of the couch...and stares at me....
Ignoring him doesn't work because then the high pitched pissy dog noises start. And, because I'm a good grandma and JJ's best friend I offer him a tidbit of my chicken...
Here, JJ.....CATCH!

Dixie doesn the same thing. She will stare you down, with a nice piece of drool hanging from her jowls. Then if you toss her a bite, it will hit her square in the face. She couldn't catch it if she tried!!
Those flowers need watering. On second thought, maybe JJ has been watering them.

If I lived in Texas I would stare at you and try to catch tidbits of your lunch too. Seriously : ) KFC? I totally beg for that stuff! So what do you think of the new grilled chicken? I haven't had it yet. But, since there are VERY few fast foods I do NOT LOVE I am sure I would like it.... : )
JJ was holding out for the side of mashed potatoes and gravy and his biscuit.
There's no KFC where I live, but the next county over has a KFC WITH A BUFFET. Oh yes, a buffet. People knock each other over racing to the food.
I don't eat much fast food but something about KFC makes me beg right along side of JJ! I think they put crack in it!
