Q For Quarry
Here in Texas we have a zillion Rock Quarries. I thought all the rock Quarries were in Bedrock, but alas, if you look around Texas...most all of the homes are brick or rock....so it's only natural to find that the state of Texas is mostly rock solid, except in Grandma J's courtyard, which is still mud.

Here's a few pictures from a quarry's website in Salado, Texas....the cute little rustic tourist town across the reservoir. Looks nothing like Fred Flintstones place of employment in Bedrock!
Now, these Quarries are everywhere in the Great State of Texas...but my favorite is in San Antonio.......
Yes it is....and I want these shoes.... cuz don't ya know, I need me some spurs.

Quarry Rocks!
I would wear those shoes every day--everywhere---like a little kid wearing their boots with their shorts.
They are beautiful, but I'd be in a quandary with what to do with them!
I'm trying to figure out which is more lethal. A kick from the pointed toe, or a swipe from the spur.
