How Green Are You.......or your grass

It's Earth Day

That's right, Grandma J has another important Green factorial for you.   A factorial is a tutorial without any tutoring...or even a tutor.   It's just a fact that she wants to share with you.

Now Grandma J isn't the greenest person, but she knows who is.  And she is trying to learn more about being green everyday.....in her own way.

Right now things here in Central Texas are dry as can be...an official drought, a real tinder box if you will.   It's tough having a lush green lawn  this spring, and Grandma J surfed the Internet  to find the perfect way to get your lawn to look green in no time flat......

               Like this                     From this

That's right, you can actually paint your lawn green.  No water to waste during a drought, no frost to worry about in Connecticut!

You can watch a   demonstration of how to have the greenest lawn without calling Grandma J.

HAPPY EARTH DAY!

Ha Ha HA! My brother in law's grandparents had a lawn that stayed green year round. It was the weirdest feeling grass ever!
LOVE green JJ.
Love green you!

Never heard of painting a lawn but hopefully a spray can is involved. Can't imagine the tedium of trying to get every blade just so.

Happy Earth Day to you and JJ.

your so funny. my friend's mama always said she like cement painted green. we don't even have a real lawn anymore it's a weed patch and we mow it.

I saw lawn painting a couple weeks ago on tv. Fortunately it is quite moist here in the great NW and we have no need of lawn paint!

Happy Earth Day!

I sure could be greener, but my head just doesn't think that way, somehow.

Thank you so much for stopping by and helping me get through this thing with second guessing things with Mama's death, and going through this grief process I know I have to go through. I'm going to try and get my mind on other things, but also--I'm going to take the time I need to grieve-it's just what I have to do, I think. Anyway, your comment was so sweet--I just wanted to say thank you, Grandma J!! May GOD bless you this Easter!

Sounds like a good solution! Brown, dry lawns make me sad, and crabby if they're my own. I'm kind of obsessive about dry spots on the lawn.

Thank goodness our SoCal drought is officially over!
