Grandma J finally joined an aqua aerobics class. It's off site since the pool here at The Spa holds just about 2 1/2 people....maybe.
So, she joined a class at the Boys & Girls Club because it's cheaper than a full gym membership at Gold's. There's also a
Grandma J ignores him and tries to mingle amongst the old women. She's extremely glad about the over chlorination of the pool. Sorry, no explanation on that.
Of course this new class and location is actually much nicer than the one Grandma J used to go to at the Compound. And of course the one lone
You do remember the men who hung out at the aqua aerobics at the Compound, right?
Now, there is no need to get jealous....just sign up for this year's Blog Fest.

Over chlorination of pools is highly undervalued. There. That should keep anyone from ever swimming at this house again.

Woody check out your local Y or Boys and Girls club. It took me three years to find a decent pool that was big enough, heated and with a good instructor. I'm forcing myself to love it, but that's only because I'm so lazy. :)

I love being in the water. In the summer I go to the pool with kaish and while he plays and splashes and jumps I do loops : ) I love loops! I wish I could be with you!

Never knew you did aqua aerobics at the compound. I've been doing them since the week I retired, twice a week. Haven't done me any good on the losing weight front but boy do they feel good, I have lots of fun, and I feel like a kid since most of the women and the couple of lone men are all older than me. Next time you're here, you're invited.
