What The .......? again!

I was at A-Ron's baseball game the other night, and I really wanted to get a good shot of A-Ron hitting the ball. It's difficult to do because the pitches are so fast and Grandma J doesn't have one of those expensive cameras.....and she really, really needs one.

So, when A-Ron smacked that ball for a base hit, this is what I got. Yeah, I know....a blurry A-Ron laying down his bat as he high-tails it it first base.

But wait...what's that? Click on the picture and take a closer look. It's Mr. Noodle! Yeah, the same one......

Saturday Fun

Grandma J loves nothing better than sleeping in rising at the crack of dawn to caravan down the highway for a baseball tournament.

Of course the road to fine sports and family fun goes right by Dog Ridge.

Grandma J's middle daughter loves living life in the fast lane even if it means layers of clothing topped with blankets swaddled all around her.

And no, Grandma J did not notice, nor will she comment on that man's "Mr. Noodle."

A-Roid, formerly A-Ron, with a lethal dose of McNuggets, is in rear form. Isn't it lovely what the wind can do to a full head of hair?

For some reason Middle Daughter and Michelle #2 both keep score....because the team likes to have two scorekeepers. Hello? Yeah, they like to keep two sets of books. Go ahead, your guess is as good as mine.

And because Grandma J is nothing if not kind and generous, she treated herself to her second pedicure in less days than she has toes.

Speaking of toes....OK, so no one was speaking of toes, but lets pretend we were....which leads Grandma J to this question. Does everyone anyone have hairy toes?

And, because she loves Michelle #4, she got the deluxe pedi with the leg mask and hot rock treatment. Michelle is a pro at getting blood out of a turnip.

OODLES OF NOODLES

I didn't do a Friday Matinee on Monday today for several reasons. First, I went to see Hancock last Friday, July 4Th, and there's nothing playing that I care to see, or that I'd even be willing to sit through for the sake of my
readers. The Love Guru is too weird for me to enjoy. But I can't wait for Momma Mia! I might see it twice.

But...today was aqua aerobics day. That's right! When I join in with a group of other people who live here at the compound. We kind of wiggle and kick, and splash, and giggle, and wiggle again.

That's why I go in the pool every morning and early evening by myself to do real aqua aerobics.A few weeks ago I bought one of these noodles to use in the pool when I do my aqua aerobics. The first time I used it, it was very apparent to me some of the folks were green with envy.
I didn't realize what a commotion I had caused. So today, just to show what a good egg I am, I went to WallyWorld and bought some to "share". Have you ever seen a happier group?
Oh this Romeo, can't seem to hang out with the ladies enough. He even goes to the stretch and sew classes.

So now, it's almost time for the Bachelorette Finale. Will DeAna pick Jason, the father of a three year old son, or the ever so hot Jesse, the professional snowboarder? On that same subject, I can hardly believe that my readers voted overwhelmingly for Jason. We shall see.
