Another Freebee.....
..... for the hungry

Ladies and gentlemen, mark your calendars...tomorrow is the big day.

Back on February 3th, Denny's gave away some 2 million Grand Slam breakfasts. My son and his father-in-law, and his father, waited in line bright and early for the free breakfast, and said it wasn't a long wait, and they had a blast.

My friend Marey took her son, Big Foot for the Grand Slam breakfast....and then she took him for free Tacos at Jack In The Box the same day. Hey, if you had a son named Big Foot you'd understand...besides he's a very tall, handsome, active, talented athlete.

Well, Denny's is at it again with the "Pass Along Grand Slam Kindness" promotion 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. this coming Wednesday, April 8.

You can get a free Grand Slamwich for a friend when you order a Grand Slamwich for yourself.

"We invite you to bring a friend . . . anyone who could use a hug, a smile, a lift, a free meal. . . . I'm sure everyone knows someone who they want to pass Grand Slam kindness on to," says Mark.

Who the frank is Mark? Well, he works at Denny's, of course.

So I assume you'll be bringing Phillip Johnny Bob along as your friend? I'm sure he'd love a grand slamwich.

We never get freebies around here! Just all the more reason to move out west. Wait, I do believe McDonalds gave away their chicken biscuit sandwich a couple of months back but you had to be there between 5:30-7:30 a.m. Had to pass on that one! Enjoy your slamwich though.

I don't think there are any Denny's around here any more. We used to have one in Montgomeryville. Hmmmmmmmm. I will see if there are any in Philadelphia and if there is, I will take my co worker out for lunch. A grand slamwhich sounds SCRUMPTIOUS! : )

So, yesterday I was working hard and I didn't get to come to your blog all day. I didn't remember until 11:00 last night that I needed to check it. I was about to come downstairs to the computer to see how you were and Gary wouldn't let me.

Thank goodness I could come today! : ). It was the first thing on my list of things to do today. The very first thing!

Denny's and I are not friends. A long time ago, we had a problem, something about runny eggs and we haven't spoken since.
