It Only Cost A Buck

I have been extremely busy lately. My phone had some software issues and I've been back and forth to the AT&T store trying to resolve the problem. Finally, since it's under warranty, AT&T sent me a new one. Lucky for me, I'm too lazy to mess with registering it and copying files....blah, blah, blah, so I took it to the AT&T store so they could assist me. On a side note, I found that I have an advantage being older, in fact it pays to say you are older than you actually are. The older you are, the more those guys are so willing to help. They even offered to send the old one back for me.

So then I sat in my car for over an hour trying to get my phone synced to my car's Sync....with no luck. The user's manual was at home, so I had to wait.

I moseyed over to the Dollar Tree Store.....a new favorite, but not quite as wonderful as the 99¢ Store...still, I love going up and down the aisles getting bargains.

How about Duct Tape? Seriously, this is a bargain. I mean with ten yards of duct tape you could make a prom dress or something.

These bubble pack mailers are a steal @ 2 per pack. I use a ton of these and they are over $1 each at Walmart.

I love these heat patches for my lower back 2 pk again!

Disney jumbo crayons in different themes. You know these are coming to your house.

Who knows what magic gloves are? The look and feel life regular knit gloves, but the fact that it says Pk of 2 makes me think they aren't regular gloves.

But 50¢ makes them something I can't pass up. And....look closely, they are from Chesapeake VA. Who wudda guessed?

I spent the evening....from 6:00 - 9:30 at a track meet...in 44 degrees with winds at 18 mph. Believe me, as soon as my granddaughter crossed that finish line, I cheered, then left! I'm so not a team player.

This is what I found when I came home....Phillip Johnny Bob reading my Sync Owner's Manual.

I was wholly unprepared for that last shot. Coffee everywhere.

LOL...Yes, that last shot is the best!

The Dollar Tree product center is located in Chesapeake Va in the area of Greenbriar (a large neighborhood).

Dollar Tree originated here in Va Beach/Norfolk and it is still pretty much family owned!! Why, because we love good bargains at a cheap price and we have two large shipping terminals located in our waters.

This concludes the esucational portion of my comment...

Love Ya J!

PJB cracks me up!
I loved your bargains...but those gloves...one size may fit all Indonesians but certainly not my Mammoth Polish Pheasant stock hands!

Enjoy the day! It's Ali-fornia Day!!

Oh...and I headed to D-List to see Vince...sounds pretty bad....and gross and freaky!

Thank you Hollywood, Nick and M for the heads-up about Vince from ShamWow.
One of my daughters called me to tell me last night. I guess I will forever be connected in some minds with that guy....why not Vince Vaughn?

Happy Birthday Vince.

I love the dollar stores.
What is Phil wearing on his head?

I think I read somewhere that Vince from Shamwow used to do porn.

I buy all my first aid supplies at Dollar Tree. Bandaids, Neosporin (generic), hydrocortizone cream etc. You can save a bundle. also wrapping paper, greeting cards, gift bags.

I think you and Phillip Johnny Bob resemble each other too.

So glad you have your phone working now...they can be such a pain. Love the 99cent store...well, I love it MORE than the dollar store...but what are you going to do when you don't have both?
Great bargains....
PJB is too funny. I love that he is trying to help you out with your technical problems.
